As an Architectural Drafter in our Los Angeles-based architectural studio, you will be an essential part of our design and construction process. Your role will involve translating the creative vision of our architects into precise and detailed technical drawings. By working closely with the design team, you will contribute to the execution of innovative architectural projects that shape the urban landscape of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Drawings: Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure that design concepts are accurately represented in the construction documentation.
- Quality Control: Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain an organized system for architectural project documentation, ensuring that all drawings are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
- Coordination: Work with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design and construction efforts.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in drafting or a related field.
