As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our studio, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions that shape the skyline of New York.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead project teams, providing design guidance, project management, and technical oversight.
- Design Development: Drive the development of architectural design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals, codes, and client expectations.
- Documentation: Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Client Collaboration: Foster strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Quality Control: Ensure projects meet design and quality standards, regulations, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional architectural licensure in the state of New York.
- Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
- Strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
